Q. How can we communicate with the school during Modified ECQ?

Q. I'am a new student who would like to enroll at San Diego Parochial School, what should I do?

First is to take the entrance examination. As of date you can take the entrance test online through our website by Clicking the Fill-out Form under the Entrance Exam Tab. The school's guidance office will send you the instructions and your security codes for you to access the the TAKE THE EXAM TAB.

Second: When you received your exam result from our guidance office, they will also send you a security code so that you can fill-out the reservation form for NEW STDUENTS. After you pay the reservation fee you will received a payment confirmation. Please print the reservation form and the payment confirmation, bring this two together with the documents requested for you to prepare at least two weeks before the opening if class to the GUIDANCE OFFICE for validation.

Please note: If you are an incoming grade 7 and applied for ESC grant, another code will be provided by Ms. Lim for you to fill-up the ESC Reservation Form. You must fill-out the two forms to complete your reservation.

Third. After the the guidance office validated your documents, pay the additional fee to complete your enrollment. After payment, proceed to the REGISTRAR to secure your admission slip.

Q. What are the requirements for Enrollment and ESC Application?

Q. I am an incoming grade 7 and wish to apply for an ESC Grant, what should I do?

For NEW STUDENTS

Before or after you take the entrance exam kindly express to Ms. Lim your interest to apply for an ESC. After you passed the exam, she will then give you the list of requirements needed and a code for you to access the ESC Reservation Form. Please fill-out the ESC Reservation Form as soon as possible even if you are have not yet completed the requirement, for ESC Grant is given on a First Come First Serve Status.

For OLD STUDENTS

Contact Ms. Lim at 09169624278 or at conlim0917@gmail.com as soon as possible. She will give a security code for you to fill-up the ESC Reservation Form and the list of requirement that you need to prepare. Please note that you must also fill-out the enrollment form for SY 2020-2021 before she can officially count your ESC Reservation Valid. If you fail to fill-out the Enrollment Form and pay the initial payment of at least Php 1,000.00, your ESC Reservation will be given to the next student in line.

Q. How can I enroll for SY 2021-2022?

A. For OLD STUDENTS

Please fill-out the enrollment form under the ADMISSION TAB.
Deposit the initial payment via G-cash, China Bank, Rural Bank of San Pascual Inc., ATM, Bancnet (Fund Transfer). You may view the instruction at the HOW TO PAY TAB
Wait for the Payment confirmation.
Print the Enrollment Form and the Payment Confirmation and proceed to the school when a GCQ has been issued in our community to secure your F-138.
Proceed to the registrar, present your enrollment form, payment confirmation and F-138 to get your Admission Slip.

Q. I am an incoming grade 11 student and I want to avail the voucher, what will I do?

A. For Public School Completer

There’s no need for you to apply. You are automatically qualified for the program with the voucher amounting to 22,500php.

For Private School Completer with ESC Grant

There’s no need for you to apply. You are automatically qualified for the program with the voucher amounting to 18,000php.

For Private School Completer without ESC Grant

Please visit the PEAC Website to apply ovap.peac.org.ph. As of now, the portal is not yet open for application.

Q. How will I pay?

There are different payment options available. You can view them in our website under the FINANCE TAB. Follow the instructions on how to send your proof of payment.
